Bon Chance!

Good luck with that then.

In other news, the Liberals are going to introduce a motion condemning the other opposition parties for bringing down the Liberal government in 2005.

Good luck with that then.

That is absolutely hilarious and I love it.

That one should easily rank in the top ten worst headlines ever. Speaking of hyperbole...

what are your thoughts on global warming?
im just curious.

It is a very serious issue that has a lot of hyperbole involved which causes a lot of people to tune out and not take it as seriously as it should. Seriously, look at that headline. Every time we exhale, we emit carbon dioxide. That has to stop, apparently. I'm also not a fan of the "for every [action x] you do, it's like taking 10,000 cars off the road." Except it isn't because all those cars are still there.
My thoughts on Canada's federal political parties and their positions/actions on climate change are filled with utter contempt because of the hypocrisy (of the Liberals) and the complacency (of the Tories) that emerge.

I think I heard somewhere that people alone are like 1/3 (ish) of the problem... And that the real problem lies within the big factories etc.
I don't know how true that is.
But I guess, maybe in a way it could make sense.

Maybe if political parties were more serious about it, a lot of other people would be too.

Was that article pretty much saying that... People should just stop breathing?!
That is a bit ridiculous.

I didn't waste my time reading that bit of hysterical propaganda, no. But if we are indeed to stop all carbon emissions, we must stop breathing. Either that, or find a new way to breathe.
